When the Wind Howls Outside
Halloween arrived like an old friend: part ghost, part clown. There were pumpkins and long shadows, and that pleasant feeling of being watched from behind the door…probably by one of my Drow, who still hasn’t grasped the concept of privacy.
While the ghosts gathered outside, my notebook filled with witches who were too beautiful to be haunted, vampires with good intentions, and pin-ups that would make even the Underworld blush.
Then, suddenly, the nights began to bite a little harder. Winter arrived without asking permission, pushing everyone under the covers. Me included.
The truth is…the cold is the perfect excuse to stay inside, light the fireplace, and work on Solaine‘s next comic while the wood crackles and seems to make obscene comments.
I swear it’s more suggestive than my sketchbook!
Meanwhile, the collaborations with JC Comics are progressing well: new projects, new panels, and new crazy things to share with you as soon as the time is right.
On the subject of successes, Hardcover 2025 was a resounding success and will be published soon. I’m still in disbelief, and I’m so happy to have been a part of it.
On the subject of works in progress… As you may know, I’m also working on a new project yet. I won’t reveal too many details yet, but here’s a mysterious sneak peek to whet your appetite and make you wonder what on earth I’m up to this time!
With Christmas approaching and the holiday party season upon us, I’ve been thinking about what to wear… and I’d also like to ask you: what would you like to find under the Christmas tree?
More importantly, who would you like to find in bed when the world outside is frozen, or kiss under the mistletoe?
I have an idea. Or two! 😜
